We were impressed with Toni’s enthusiasm when we started talking with realtors. She gave us good suggestions on how to best prepare our home for sale. When it came time to list the house, we ran into some delays (on our part), but she remained super flexible. She went above and beyond, setting up a date for an open house for local realtors as well as for the public a few days later. We moved out of state when the house went up on the sale block making the process of selling our house a little more complicated. Toni was invaluable in keeping the plants and garden watered, cleaning the pond skimmer, and being there for sales of some of our furniture that we did not sell before our move. Her partner, Sean, was very helpful as well. He helped Toni with sign placements for the open house, trimmed some tree branches, disassembled a bed for sale, installed a new hose spigot, and also gave some valuable advice.
The closing went very smoothly for us. Toni even took on handling some important last minute paperwork.

Toni was the absolute best thing that happened to me when it came to being a first time home buyer. She was honest she helped me understand the whole home buying process she was so patient with me and always tried to guide me in the right direction. I was nervous scared and excited all at once. I sometimes just wanted to settle for something and she talked me out of it. It was never about her and making money she truly cared about me. She helped me understand the whole home buying process and all because of her I finally closed on my first home last month. August 2023. I am so glad she was the one to help me with this process I will recommend her to anyone she not only was my realtor but she also became my friend. Thank you Toni for everything you did for me.

Toni, was a phenomenal partner through bout our houses hunting, closing, and even move in process. She made our relocation from OH to PA a seamless transition. She was there whenever we needed her and went above and beyond for our family in every way possible. Her patients, professionalism, and knowledge made for a stress free and enjoyable experience. We have relocated with in the US many times but have never developed the relationship with our realtor the way we were able to with Toni and it truly made a lasting impression on us.
